Cancellation policy

Purchase, Cancellation, and Exchange Policy

• Order Cancellations:
  Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as the order will be processed for shipment.

• Pre-Orders:
  Pre-order charges are non-refundable until the product is delivered. Once the item is received, our standard return and exchange policy will apply.

• Returns and Exchanges:
  If you wish to return or exchange an item after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you. In the case of damaged or defective items, we will cover both return and replacement shipping costs.
