We are no longer accepting returns or issuing refunds.

Hangstil is a small, independent business operating limited product drops. At this time, we do not have the capacity to process, track, or manage returns or refunds.

We provide detailed product descriptions, sizing guides, measurements, and fit recommendations to help you choose the correct size. Please review all product information carefully before completing your purchase.

By placing an order with Hangstil, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All purchases are final
• No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted
• Orders cannot be canceled once placed
• Damaged or Incorrect Items

Defective items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hangstilco@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

We will review the issue and, if approved, work with you to make it right. This is the only exception to our final sale policy.
